That feeling…
…when your body craves to run, but you know you are too sick to work out.
After some 8 months of running 3 times per week, I have managed to avoid any serious flu or related sickness.
After a one week stay away from the treadmill, there is a certain accumulated energy that needs to be tamed.
Other, equally important sides, to physical exercise is the feelgood walking-on-cloud feeling afterwards, as well as the thoughts-processing environment.
I may feel as if I get a lot done whilst away from the exercise. This may be true in a short time perspective. However, we all know exercise is good for your mind, soul and body.
I consider running is an excellent means of Yoga and mindfulness.
Can’t wait to get back on the mill.
